Download and print the pre-paid UPS shipping label provided at the end of the return request process to ensure tracked delivery back to our warehouse.

Pack Your Items

Place the unworn footwear in its original shoe box and secure it inside a sturdy shipping carton, ensuring the pre-paid label is clearly visible on the outside.

Drop Off and Track

Deliver your package to any authorized UPS drop-off location and retain your receipt; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
